Why an Employer should call me, rather than use someone else for your JD Edwards employee search.

As an employer, you’ll be relying on your H/R, In-House Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Professional to advertise or go through LinkedIn or some other service to search through a database for qualified JDE candidates. Unfortunately, all of these sites aren’t very searchable for JD Edwards candidates. LinkedIn for instance, has mainly JDE consultants on their roster (as far as JDE Folks with I.T. Backgrounds). The

These are the folks that respond to all the JDE Positions, and their job stability is less than stellar. The folks you want ,are the top of their field, the folks that are already employed, unaware of your opportunity.
